Story: Il Torchio takes its name from the communal olive press once central to village life in Castelnuovo Magra. The Tendola family ran that press before shifting to winegrowing, and in the 2010s the estate passed unexpectedly to the next generation. Gilda and Edoardo Tendola have since redefined Colli di Luni’s potential. Gilda manages the agriturismo and winery while Edoardo takes care of the winemaking.
