Style: Medium bodied with sleek texture. Pear, yellow apple, citrus zest, hazelnut, crushed stone. 

Details: From biodynamically farmed parcels across Arbois, Montigny, and the northern Jura, blended as a “patchwork” snapshot of the region’s terroirs. Fermented with native yeasts, aged in a mix of older barrels and vats. Certified biodynamic. 

Story: The Tissot family has been farming in the Jura since 1962, but it was Stéphane Tissot, taking over in 1990, who elevated the domaine into one of Jura’s most important names. He works 50 hectares across dozens of terroirs, crafting more than 30 cuvées that capture both modern precision and Jura tradition.
